Um, Can We Just Talk About...Emily's Ponytail?

Emily started a couple weeks ago here at Philosophie, and we love her for many reasons: her professionalism; her intelligence; her sense of humor; the list goes on.  But one thing that we REALLY like about Emily is her ponytail; her hair in general, actually.  Because it's awesome. 

Seriously, who can achieve that kind of ponytail without weave??
